No Gimmicks, Just a TrueClean

Services Provided

TrueClean agrees to provide residential cleaning services as requested by the Client. Services will be performed in a professional and timely manner.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning session unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted via cash or e-transfer only.

Booking & Deposits

A booking fee of $50 is required for the first scheduled booking and will be applied to the first cleaning service. For recurring clients, this deposit will not be required after the initial clean; however, if a pattern of frequent rescheduling occurs, deposits may be required upfront before booking future appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. If notice is provided within less than 48 hours, the booking fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Exceptions will be made only in cases of emergency at the sole discretion of TrueClean.

Scope of Work

The specific scope of work will be agreed upon prior to cleaning. Any additional tasks outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Secure pets and valuables prior to cleaning if necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
• Clear and organize all surfaces by removing personal items, toys, clutter, and loose belongings before the scheduled cleaning service. This includes countertops, tables, floors, and other areas to be cleaned. Surfaces that remain cluttered or inaccessible will not be cleaned, as our team cannot be responsible for moving personal belongings.

Liability

TrueClean is not responsible for pre-existing damages. Reasonable care will be taken to avoid damage to the Client's property.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments for completed services remain payable.

1. Scope of Work

TrueClean Services agrees to perform interior-only post-construction cleaning services. This includes dust and debris removal, surface cleaning, interior window washing, light fixture wipe-downs, and floor detailing. Exterior cleanup is not included.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client must ensure the property is safe and accessible. Any hazardous conditions (exposed nails, loose wiring, wet paint, etc.) must be addressed before cleaning. Water and power must be available on site.

3. Debris Management

TrueClean Services does not provide heavy debris hauling. Small debris (dust, sawdust, packaging, etc.) will be removed and bagged appropriately, but bulk disposal is the client's responsibility.

4. Payment & Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cash, and certified check.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable after that time.

6. Liability

TrueClean Services is insured and takes every precaution to protect property. However, we are not liable for damage to surfaces that are unfinished, improperly sealed, or inherently fragile due to construction materials or processes.

7. Post-Service Review

Client will be invited to inspect the property before final sign-off. Additional touch-ups may be requested on-site if needed.
